XS/S Rudimentary Peni Halter Top

This listing is for one Rudimentary Peni halter top. I made this using a previously owned, officially licensed Rudimentary Peni tee. I cut it into a sexy little halter top. I added silver colored metal rivets along the bust. I added an adjustable leopard print strap with a metal slider connected by metal o-rings. 
Measurements
Bust- 30-36 inches
Waist- 27-32 inches
Length (armpit to hem)- 12-14 inches (curved hem is longer in center)
I send care instructions with every purchase. Because majority of the clothing I make will have faux leather, stretch foiled fabrics, or lace/fishnet I recommend hand washing and hang drying or washing in a mesh garment bag in cold or cool water and hang drying or tumble drying with no heat.
